Worked the body, now the brain hurts
I had my second workout yesterday. I was dead yesterday. Basically went home and crawled into bed.

Today I'm not nearly as sore, but... I can't think. At all. I'm scattered. It's definitely the fatigue. I'm sore, and I plan to be even more sore tomorrow, but this not thinking thing is a bit disconcerting.

(thank god for spellchecking web browsers... or... thank ken.)

Owwwww.

Try taking a bunch of calcium (like 1000 mg)tonight before you go to bed. It allows the muscles to completely contract (relax) and if you combine it with drinking lots of water, it should help with washing the fatigue poisons out of the muscles as quickly as possible. I've also found that I tend to feel more rested in the morning if I take calcium at night.
